Good marketing makes the company look smart. Great marketing makes the consumer feel smart. It is important that the client feels like they are making the correct decision. This guarantees their praise when speaking about the product to peers. Organic reach is always the best marketing because it’s free!
Product design has taught me that progress comes from persistence. Every prototype, test, and iteration is a step forward, no matter the outcome. The same applies to life, success isn’t about getting it right the first time but about learning, adjusting, and trying again. Growth comes from embracing the process, not just the result.
